1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NOVAFLOW INSTALLATIONS LTD website and the provision of plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning services. By accessing our website or requesting a service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Engagement and Scope
We provide bespoke domestic and commercial plumbing, heating installations, water supply system works, ventilation, and air-conditioning services. The specific details of any engagement, including project specifications, deliverables, materials, and commercial terms, shall be defined in a separate quotation, proposal, or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement.
3. Client Cooperation
To facilitate the timely completion of the project, the Client agrees to:
- Provide clear, unambiguous instructions and functional requirements for the property systems.
- Grant access to necessary properties, premises, utility rooms, and infrastructure required for delivery. Any technical access information must only be provided voluntarily by the client where required for the agreed service.
- Designate a primary point of contact for timely decision-making and feedback.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are to be made via bank transfer against professional invoices. Specific payment schedules, including upfront deposits for materials and subsequent milestone payments, will be clearly outlined in the agreed proposal. We reserve the right to suspend services and withhold handover of deliverables if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients have the right to request the cancellation of an ongoing project or service agreement. For your convenience, cancellation requests can be initiated securely over the phone by calling our support team at +44 7454 731804 or by emailing novaflowinstallationsltd@inbox.eu. Following the initial request, we will require a brief written confirmation via email to formalize the termination. Upon cancellation, the Client will be invoiced strictly for the work completed, materials ordered or used, and resources allocated up to the date of cancellation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVAFLOW INSTALLATIONS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services or installed systems. Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
